Paul Green

Artist Statement.

Increasingly my role as a photographer has become that of an archaeologist. I like to walk around wherever I am, with whatever camera and at whatever time looking intuitively for subject matter. In most cases I don’t move or disturb the object or scene I’m depicting but will find an angle which best describes the object, person or environment. Some colours catch my eye so I often find myself photographing things that are Yellow. I like it when there is evidence of decay or change in a photo.
